Time to crunch the numbers. As we are great fans of Dan and Christy, ILWS will receive friends and family discount. All times quoted below are estimates and subject to change depending on the way the production days end up happening. Half days guarantee 5 hours from meeting at the first location, and full days guarantee 10 hours.
Full day production rate: $1,200 (discounted from $1,500)
Half day production rate: $700 (discounted from $1,000)
Editing Hourly: $100 (discounted from $150)
With the products you have in front of you half days will need to be utilized because not all weather conditions will work for all products. One day cannot be used for kiteboarding and paddleboarding as they are different. Here is our suggested strategy for production:
Kiteboards: 1/2 day (3 hours editing) - $1000
I Aqua scooters: 1/2 day (3 hours editing)- $1000
Paddleboards: 1/2 day shooting (3 hours editing)- $1000
ZapKat + Rigid Bottom boats: Full day shooting (6 hours editing)*- $1800
Caribbean Blue charters: Full day shooting (4 hours editing) - $1600
Video model in house: 1/2 day shooting (3 hours editing)- $1000
Any additions can be made per request.
Estimated total cost: $7400
Payment will be delivered to RCMS as individual jobs are completed per contract agreement.
* the larger edit time is due to zaps and rigid bottom boats being two separate products, and two separate packages will be delivered.
